The typical AI presentation workflow:
1. Content & outline — Ask AI to create a structured outline with key points per slide
2. Slide content — Have AI write concise bullet points, headlines, and speaker notes

4. Design — Use AI-powered tools to generate the actual slides

The biggest time-saver is step 1. Most people's presentations suffer because they start building slides before thinking through the narrative structure. AI forces you to get the story right first.

For the outline:

Don't let AI make your slides text-heavy. The #1 mistake with AI presentations is putting too much text on each slide. AI loves to write — you need to edit ruthlessly. Rule of thumb: if a bullet point is more than 8 words, it's too long for a slide.
