Get the structure before any design. One line per slide: title plus the point it makes. Fix the order here.

Ask for concise bullets (max one idea each) and a short speaker note per slide so you know what to say.

Replace stock filler visuals, apply your brand, and cut any slide that does not move the argument forward.
