Common mistakes
- Letting AI invent or inflate titles, dates or metrics. A single fabricated claim can end a hiring process.
- Submitting an obviously AI-generated summary full of buzzwords. Rewrite it in your own voice.
- Tailoring to no specific job. Without a job description, the output is generic and beats no filter.
