Email triage and reply drafting

Why it works. Email is the universal time tax. A native AI reply button in Gmail or Outlook removes the empty-cursor moment. The first version is usually 70% of the final reply, which is the part that takes the longest.
How to run it
- Turn on the AI features your provider already ships (Gemini in Gmail, Copilot in Outlook).
- Use the AI for the first draft only. Edit the tone in your own voice before sending.
- For complex replies, paste the thread into Claude and ask for three reply options at different tones.
- Set a rule: never send an unedited AI draft. The unedited version is the AI tell readers spot.
Watch out for
AI reply suggestions inside Gmail and Outlook will sometimes agree to things the original sender did not ask for. Always read the draft before sending.
